Eligibility
A project must be socioeconomic and meet the standard set out below. Vision, budget, cash flow, and timeline pass board review before any capital moves.
Agreement
The partner and Tayrona agree the project’s structure, budget and milestones before any work begins.
Financing
Tayrona places the full project budget as equity through a dedicated company, released against milestones.
Completion
Those who build keep control throughout, with a path to full ownership. Tayrona recovers its investment only through a share of what the project earns, once it is earning.
